La toute première famille française à s'établir en Nouvelle-France a débarqué à Québec en 1617, il y a tout juste 400 ans : un anniversaire que Cap-aux-Diamants souligne en souhaitant rendre hommage à ces figures historiques exceptionnelles, mais peu connues. Couple d'apothicaires passionnés, Hébert et Rollet nous sont contés par huit auteurs qui abordent tour à tour leur contribution aux sciences naturelles de leur époque, les fouilles archéologiques entourant leur domaine, leur legs historique ainsi que leur descendance.
